Our group is committed to building an environment-friendly factory with an investment of 30 million yuan. The design treatment capacity is 5000m3 /d and covers an area of 5000m2. It is one of the most efficient sewage treatment stations in China.
The treatment objects are dyeing wastewater, desizing wastewater and alkali reduction wastewater produced by dyeing and finishing processes, and domestic sewage in the plant area. The core process uses high-efficiency biological reactor, MBR membrane technology and high-pressure reverse osmosis concentration technology to achieve discharge and partial reuse, with the recycling proportion of about 45%.
